Custom Manufactured Conveyor Chain

Our sales partnerships with U. S. and Far East sources allow us to provide a complete line of both metallic and composite constructed roller chain based conveyor chains. We also manufacture our own wire formed style conveyor chain suitable for use in the food processing, and printed circuit board manufacturing and soldering industries. This 2 ¾ inchwide chain utilizes the same sprockets available for wide belt conveyor chains.This chain can be used in pairs for wider applications. Halcon conveyor chain can be manufactured in widths from 1 ¼ inches to 2 ¾ inches wide. Both applications are based on a pitch length of one half-inch. As with all Hale Bros. manufactured chains, these can be supplied in a variety of materials. The standard material for these chains is grade 304 or 316 stainlesssteel.Application-specific attachments or pins can be added as secondary operations.
