Chain Tooth
Configuration
For those customers
who are considering cutting or molding
their own sprockets, we offer the
following tooth configuration profile.
The geometry depicted can be used to
generate or reverse engineer a tooth
profile that will give the best results
with most ladder chain sizes. It is the
only geometry that we know exists to
help determine  the actual tooth profile.
